Cruise Control Problem....

Hi....I have a 95 Maxi 5speed. My cruise control option has never worked since i bought it from the past 2 years....the button on the left side of the steering does turn on when i pust it on but the options never seems to work....so can some1 tell me what could be the reason......behind this.... thanks....

Might be a part called the cruise control servo that has gone bad. Check the engine and observe the wiring on it. Years ago on my old Maxima, I had a nest in my engine bay, and the animals chewed on some of my wires on the cruise control system, and they had to be repaired.

If the entire cruise control system isn't working, it could also be other things....

1. May have a vacum leak
2. sensors under pedals may not be adjusted properly.
