Rims restoration?

Does anybody know a place where they restore rims? What is the pricing per wheel generally?

The only places I know of are:
Wheelfix http://www.wheelfix.com/. You'd have to contact them for pricing.
Carcones' http://carconeswheelrefinishing.com/
Precision http://www.rim-repair.com/

I also did a quick Google and found this as well http://www.mobilewheelrepair.netfirms.com/
