when are we gonna have another meet?

I think most of us (except for me of course ) are pretty responsible so it shouldn't be an issue.

Exactly, cops sit there all the time in unmarked cars. To catch modified cars, drug dealers and people breaking & entering people's cars.

Wouldn't mind some food, so the Firken on Weston might not be a bad idea. Is anyone wanting to have a meet this Wednesday at Kennedy Commons around 8pm? Lot's of cars will be there, just like any other Wednesday. It's a good place to meet, as long as you behave. I'm thinking we should have weekly meets there.

The mid week meets are great for the guys in and around Toronto, but us poor stiffs out here in the Oakville - Burlington and Hamilton area sure find it tough to meet during the mid week days. Something on a Saturday or Sunday would sure work better for all ... just my 2c.

June 21st seems to be the official date, location needs to be confirmed though. I believe Shaun pointed out that there's a Firken near 400/7, which I'd be down for.

I think we'd be ok at the 400/7 parking lot, but either way location doesn't really matter to me.

I've been keeping tabs on places in Halton, and the big box mall with an AMC on Winston Churchill and QEW on Winston Park Road is a great spot for a West End/Halton meet. They have a pretty good sushi restaurant there for us sophisticated folks, a Boston Pizza for the men in us, and I think perhaps we should do one there in the near future on a nice evening. There will also be cute Oakville girls to look at there.

Will that sounds great, I'm always up for sushi and cute girls. Though I don't go for the squid :S

i might be able to pull it that day.. jeep is goin under the knife so i think i wil be around..

i dont think that i've ever tried sushi....wouldnt mind trying it out.

For the record guys, the Firkin pub at 400 and weston road is only 5 minutes from the AMC 400/7 parking lot. So going to the firkin to avoid the cops is kind of silly since they are so close together. But I am willing to meet at either spot. Or both spots, maybe meet at 400/7 and then we can wander over to the pub later for a beer and a snack.

I also like the idea of Will's as I do like sushi (california rolls) And his location is closer to me LOL

+1 to what Ray said and also +1 to Will's idea I don't mind having the odd Oakville girl for a light snack ... woh did I say that oh well I am open to either as well

Yeah Ray, the Firkin we are referring to is where most of our meets usually happen at Woodbine & Steeles - not the one by 400/7. In any case, whatever the group prefers is fine by me.
